We loved the strategic location of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, especially to non-Chinese speakers like us. Even the cleaners were approachable and friendly. Chinese-style breakfast was quite good, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. this hotel is neat and tidy.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. the staff are friendly and helpful, even to non-native speakers. the Chinese-style breakfast is a delight with its tasty options and ample servings. Guests can also enjoy the facilities such as a fitness center and conference rooms.
Sadly, the unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke dominates the hotel.

The hotel's location is very strategic, which made it easy for us to go around the city. The staff, including the cleaners, are accommodating and approachable. We appreciated the effort they made to communicate with us despite the language barrier. The breakfast they offered was good and provided us with a taste of local cuisine.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not satisfactory, there was cigarette smell all over the room and the hallway. We also encountered a problem with the door lock, which we had to report to the front desk multiple times before they fixed it.

The hotel's location is very strategic, making it easy to get around. the staff is accommodating and tried their best to give their utmost service. the cleaners are approachable.
The hotel wasn't really clean. the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, and we had to report problems with the door lock on two occasions.
